The one in Atlanta. I've been to a few down in south Florida ware it goes a lot cheaper.

When I was younger, I knew a guy who needed to spend $100,000 to avoid paying any taxes. He did his own taxes, and he found out he could spend the $100,00 and grow the business or he could eat 43%-45% (total state and federal taxes). He went out, bought a junked out, bad engine, stripped well drilling truck for $4000- had the truck been in excellent condition, running, etc- it would have been worth a lot, probably $100,000 . He never registered it.

He ended up reporting it as having cost around $100,000. He created the receipt.

He never went to jail, he never got caught. He died a few months ago.

So to the others who are saying that buying a $75000 truck to avoid taxes and make an investment in your business, there are lots worse things the OP could do... I've known people who've done them.
