I would love to do some tree work in Colorado Springs...

I am a Soldier stationed in Colorado Springs and love working with wood in any way(I do some furniture/projects). I have some experience with saws (I have a homeowner Mac) for household and firewood purposes and am a hard worker. I would be willing to work for either wood left after the work or a minimal $. I love running a saw and would love to learn how to do it correctly

A Active Soldier!, thanks for your service. Jarhead here A fine young man, such as yourself, will have no problem showing up on a job site and getting work. Get online, search up the locals, look for the "top" guys. Let them know what ya want to do. Most of your legit services will welcome a "free" soldier on the site. Nothing will change, shut up and listen, do what your told, exactly as your told, which we know your good at! Ask before you act, initiative in this biz can be bad ("NO ONE TOLD YOU TO TOUCH THAT F'ING ROPE DID THEY") Not always that way, but make sure you know where you can grab the ball and run, and when ya should pass it off.

PS, combat boots suck out here, lol. I still have 5-6 sets of deserts, they look cool................, camel back on the other hand..........is priceless!

Wait............just read your title, Sergeant First Class! You are no spring chicken, lol. Still all the same, but.....ah..... you wont be in charge anymore!, will be like your a private all over again....well, kinda. Most legit guys will also recognize the traits of a seasoned leader.
Safety is a lot more of a concern out here than in the suck, read up all you can on this part. ****oo's out here can be real bad and we don't have a doc sitting around steeling the nut cake out of your MRE, waiting to dish out some Motrin!
