There are some sawmills that burn bundles of slabs in home made boilers. A guy I used to know used to burn the cardboard bales of recycled cardboard to heat a chicken barn. 2 or 3 fit in his at a time and only needed when the chicks were young for a week or two.

brother is farmer,,and pays dear price for propain to dry corn..told him of a burner,for corn stalk bales..nope..aint got time he said...yeah,right….

problem with flim flaming something together is that he could loose an entire silo and that ain't chicken feed.... or perhaps it is

Keeping a big stove hot enough to keep creosote from building up might be an issue. 2 smaller stoves that can be run hotter and located in different locations my work better.
