I can tell you it is in the order Hemiptera ("true bugs"), but not much help beyond that. Here is one place I found some more reading. You may be able to narrow it down there or other sites with the order.

Thank you. I looked in that publication and I looked on the internet. Looks like hemiptera coreidae

Me thinks asian longhorned beetle

or similar have dig though google pictures yet the head n horns are not quite right.
