Just wondering what insurance companies some of you guys have used and or are useing for your liability insurance.
What have they been like to deal with when you have had a claim, or just needed service.
Thanks

Nautilus. So far, no claims, and the only person I've dealt with is my local agent, so I can't really comment on their customer service.

**WARNING** BE CAREFUL OF NAUTILUS!!!!!!!!!!

I had them as my insurance and they sued me to keep from covering a claim. There may be wording in the policy that will release them from covering you. I would not trust this company. I cannot go into the detail of the situation because of this being a public forum. I will say that the lawsuit filed implicated five entities including our company and two State entities. It was a bogus lawsuit of which we should not have been a part of.

Anyhow, Nautilus sued us so we had no representation in court covered by insurance. Yep, paid out of pocket!

We now use Safeco.

If you want to continue to use Nautilus, have your insurance agent send you a letter explaining what the insurance will cover. That way if Nautilus tries to run, your agents insurance, "errors and omissions,” should give you coverage for selling you bogus insurance.
