If he is trying to do things right as you say, then probably you can fix it with a phone call. If he says sorry and quickly agrees to change it, then you could offer to lease him the rights for a small fee. Sounds like you are most upset that he didn't ask first.

I only ran that ad for about 2wks, the problem with copyright infringement is if the person changes your material by 15% then you have no claim, the percentages might differ from state to state so check on that!

But I got more biz than I could handle when I did what the Atty said to do.
