Just saw this ad on craigslist and thought I would post if anyone is interested:

It is not mine and I have no relation to the seller of this item.

Hmm... Wonder if my old Bobcat 720 (w/aux hyd) can handle that thing!

I really like that idea, line up the chunks, and sit in the seat while splitting piece after piece.

FWIW, the ad appears to have been placed by the manufacturer (T.M. Splitter).

It appears to be a mid-sized skid steer. Probably a 751 or 753 but possibly a 773. Not sure how this compares to your 720 projectsho89. My 773 is a 46hp Kubota diesel and does pretty good with most splitting. It is standard flow hydraulics. Now the newer skid steer we have is an S220 with the high flow hydraulics and boy does it move smooth and effortlessly. It is the 75Hp Kubota. I would look at the hydraulic flow gpm on your 720 and compare to the 751 series or 773 series.

My old antique is rated 13 gpm if memory serves me. Hydraulics isn't my strong point (little experience there). My specialty is electronics and control systems.

Probably a rhetorical question at this point anyway. Already have this winter's supply split and stacked (by hand) and my stove won't even be here until sometime after Thanksgiving anyway. Besides, the wife says I need the exercise....
