As I said the saw was taken apart and in a box. All pieces being there. Included was a carb kit bag with the old carb kit. The diaphragm was stiff. Like I could not bend it at all.
Then I decided to take the carb apart. Yup it has a new kit in it, but.... The diaphragm was wrong and installed anyway.
Diaphragm on the bottom is old right one. Top diaphragm is the one that was installed. It was upside down and the gasket was on top. The alignment hole in the new kit is in the wrong place compared to the old one.
So I’m not sure what killed this saw, but I found something.
