Found a ford 7910 4wd with loader for a good price. Has 7500 hours but the seller says it has a new motor and front end rebuilt with receipts. Only thing wrong with it is it needs a new clutch. I've only operated Kubota and M-F tractors, any advice or warnings are greatly appreciated.

cjn ; how do you like your Makita saw .. I see you have mostly Stihls and the one Makita . I know it,s off topic , sorry . What length bar do you run ????? My Ford tractor experience is limited to 8 and 9 N s ..... The 8 isn,t my cup of tea . 3speed tranny , semi useless .. A Polaris 500 Sportsman will out pul one , and will actually go up a hill without turning over and killing the operator ..... The 9 N was a good tractor tho 4 speed w/ low range .

Thanks for the responses. The seller sold the tractor so I'm going to stay on the lookout for a good kubota.
About the Makita, it has a 24 inch bar which is good for pine but a little much for hardwoods. I've been eyeballing the 79cc top end kits and updated air filters it just because I want one. Other than that, the saw is very easy to maintain, stays tuned well and has excellent antivibe.
