Is BelRay filter oil sticky or what???

Talk about sticky, tacky and latex gloves required, there it is. Oiled my Red Beard replacement velocity stack foam filter for the Timber Wolf with it and made a mess (even though I did the foam in a Ziplock Bag). Spent 30 minutes cleaning up the mess. Modded the muffler as well and installed the offset crank key If the BelRay works as good as it's tacky, all should be good. Dreading removing it for cleaning too. Another mess maker.

Maybe now I can actually start it.
 
I'll probably change out the ignition coil /rev limiter at some point as well.
I keep a grocery plastic bag tied around my bottle handle of filter oil. Clean foam filter, put filter in bag, couple of drops of lube, and begin the process of distributing the oil into filter via hands on bag.
Literally no way to word that so some one wont read it dirty.
