I placed an order for a set of teeth and pockets for my Carlton 4400-4 on 8/24/04.

Recently, when I checked my order it said pending awaiting payment (from a credit card???).

So, I tried contacting Greenteeth . . . after two e-mails and leaving two phone messages I haven't received any info.

Tonight I tried their website (www.greeteeth.com) and it can't be accessed [Error: Can't find web site], also their phone doesn't answer (1-800-GREENTEETH) or go to an afterhours mailbox.

Maybe someone bought them while they were in Pittsburgh???

Well, I've finally got in touch with Greenteeth.

They didn't know that their web site was down and the reason my order hadn't been shipped is because they are waiting on their carbide order.

So, Greenteeth is still in business.
:)

Sounds like just barely in business. Waiting on a carbide order? Nothing in stock to ship? I know businesses like to operate with smaller inventories these days, but that's just silly when they can't fill your order.

I just ordered a set of 18 teeth from Bailey's, had them in 4 days. Last set I ordered from Greenteeth directly took 3 weeks. Same excuse, waiting for steel. Now I will only order them from Bailey's. thanks

I would have ordered from Bailey's, but Greenteeth gave me a deal . . . 10% off a new set (36 teeth, pockets & bolts) plus 5% off for being a new customer.

I'm not too happy with Greenteeth's customer service. I should have received a call after leaving them two e-mails & two voice mails. Also it was kind of strange that when I called their main 800 number today, the person answered the phone with just "hello". I had to check to make sure I was talking to someone at Greenteeth.

They sound real professional.

Gotta agree, they need some help in the service dept. If the product was not as good I probably would not bother with them.
I am just glad that Bailey's carries the teeth so I can get them when needed. Really no reason for me to call their main office again, I will deal with Bailey's.

I did like you also Xtra set up my machine with the discount, but will not be calling back again.

waiting on steel and carbide may be the truth. Bailey's might have bought all stock Greenteeth had in production. When a big buy comes through individual orders get "re- allocated".
