Is t-methyl safe on Magnolias?

Is t-methyl safe on Magnolias. Have seen some discoloration and white patches in the leaves between veins. worried its fungal damage. Heard t-methyl can cause damage on magnolias though.

I don't believe maggies are prohibited on the label. Why are you spraying them?

They were showing signs of what I diagnosed as fungal damage where the leaves had lost all color and were white in places. Not Powdery at all so not mildew. The actual leaf lost chloryphyll.

Look for pests, something is hiding, I bet?
