Hello,
Is there anything that can be done to improve the flow of chain oil on a Homelite 330 ? I've read a lot here on the site about the problem, but I didn't see anyone offer a solution to the problem. Thanks

Not wanting your question to make it off the first page, this is as much of a bump as an awnser.

I have no clue what could be done to make that saw oil more, but do know that running the best bar oil you can will help it.

Get a jug of Stihl or Huskey oil and note the differance.

A couple of months ago I was told there were no more new oiler kits available, I do not know if that is true everywhere. If you have not already tried you might want clean out the pump and check the lines. It is a pulse activated diaphragm pump so typically a thinner oil will pump better than the thicker ones with lots of tack. Also make sure that your pick up screen is clean and that the tank is not leaking. Aluminum tank with the bottom half Bondoed into place, sometimes they crack and that is all it takes to stop or cut down the oiling. Good luck.
