Is therer a HOW TO change piston/ring thread..maybe with pictures?

Kenora, here are the photos i spoke of in the PM i sent earlier.

1. the whole package if you want it all, manual, spikes, and deflector.
2. the mounting area where there should be two screws.
3. the winter and summer heat deflectors side by side.

Thanks Timberjack....I can honestly say that I have never met as friendly and helpful a group as those on this site...thanks all and in particular my new Ontario bud

and no there is no sign that a spike was ever there...no screws in those holes...here is a picture

Clean those holes out real good with compressed air or manually before trying to mount the dawg on there.

Kenora, ok, i'll throw the two screws from the parts saw in with the rest of the stuff too.

Usually, whomever would have removed the "dawg" should have put the screws back in, as that's the best place to keep them without losing them. I hope the holes are not stripped out. :censored:
