is this a prototype stihl??

hey guys,

found this saw on the dutch ebay equivalent. so i do not own it. the seller says it's a stihl, but i've never seen one of these before? it reminds me of an 08, but it surely is not.

i thought it was a counterfeit, but the components look pretty decent build quality to me, unlike the counterfeit stihl saws we have here. might this be a prototype of some sort? or is it even a stihl? any help will be apprichiated. i can pick this saw up very cheap, since the seller made a misspell in 'stihl' so it's kind of hard to find on the website.
