Is this a weeping crabapple?

I was hoping to see this tree grow with a straight-up branch but it has never done so. Its crabapples weigh the branches down and there is no way my wish will be realized. I came across a photo of a weeping crabapple and now I wonder... is this what I have?
Interestingly enough, the red one behind also is a crabapple, it's doing what I had hoped. We planted them both at the same time, the green one is 1/2 the size, makes white flowers and pink crabapples radish-like in size/color, and the red one dark red flowers and purple crabapples the size of commercial blueberries. Why is that one so much larger?

It looks to be laden with fruit thus the weep.
There are dozens of varieties of crabs, best to do research before planting.

Yes, the weight of the fruit seems to be an issue. I wonder if, in the spring, I could prune back the main center branch that's all bent and if a straight up shoot would develop from that.
