Is this New Hampshire Tamarac?

Here is a stand of trees marked in red. They have been bare since before fall.
I didnt think to photograph the bark.
Does it look like tamarac?

At least some of them look as though they could be tamarack, but it's tough to tell from the photo whether they're tamarack or dead spruce. The leaf buds in winter are quite distinctive if you can get close enough.
