Went on a call today high end gated community! Was going over
what he wants done 3 medium gums 1 large gum cut stumps ground
I asked if his neighbor had a problem with driveway access and he
his neighbor said if I had insurance its ok. I thought of that one
minute as I looked at driveway and then told the man, I have ins.
but am not eager to use it and that I would have to bid tree to
climb as did not want to pay for a drive! Have any of you had a
problem with this kind of thing? I would rather climb than use ins.
and have rates go up as I know contractors built cheap here!
They are very thrifty on building and cut corners to save dollars
on the homes in this community my truck weighs 21000 pounds
and if they skimped on crete I don't know if it would support my
truck without a crack!!!!

My bro in law lives in a gated community in Scottsdale. Bcs of this I have come up w a theory that they aren t gating people out of there but rather gating the bro in law and others in there.

I know what you mean tho ropensaddle. Ow the deductable too. I crunched the side of a paved driveway last year w my big picker. Had to repave the 50-ft side. Hurt enough to remember to be careful or just bid to climb.
