Jobu 81808 no sparks

That condenser looks very similar to the ones used in the magneto of an old JAP engine.

Ok so i tried isolating the condenser so that the body doesnt touch the strap, still no spark. But i think the coil is bad, when i try to see if the red cable is connected to the ground part of the coil, as you se in the picture, it shows that they are connected.
