john deere 40v

My dad picked this saw up at a garage sale and gave it to me. It came with manual so I know specs. Would anyone know production time frame and who built it? Its small(35cc) but seems well built. Only plastic on it is fuel,oil caps and hand guard.

John Deere has sold under its name saws made by Remington, Echo (Kioritz), and I-mak (from Italy). The 40V was made by Echo. It is an Echo CS351 with John Deere yellow paint over the Echo orange paint.
