Sorry for the very late reply, haven't been here for awhile. It's been several years since I did that swap on my former 625 II, but IIRC I used a barb from a parts carburetor I had (the fuel inlet barb) and used a drill bit slightly smaller than the barb. Again, IIRC I drilled through the transfer port then filed until the barb just started in and then pressed it in, then used a dab of JB to keep it there and sealed.Any pics of the hole you drilled and what size barb you used? Did you epoxy it in? I'm interested in doing the same thing to my 625 II.
