I think Husqvarna 288 and 385's use the same ring size.I have bought some stuff from there before, but I didn’t really know to buy based off of measurements instead of “model”
288's should be easy to find.

These folks have sales and all kinds of promotional stuff going on regularly:

Yep I get email on a lot of their specials......but for some reason the biggest Caber ring I can find on their site are 44.3MM....????
"The GreeK" .... aka.... DLA Engine Parts on ebay also sells a full line of Caber rings. Shipping is pretty quick and prices good but Northwoods is closer and quicker.
I have a meteor piston in my 2095 and it came from Greece, I kept the package because it was cool lolLove the Greek

looks like a new onePicked this guy up from a guy in Facebook the other day. Haven't put it to wood yet but seems strong.
Me either but that's all I could find on the website.....seemed like there should've been more pages..??Hmmm....I bought my Husky 2100 Cabers there....been a few yrs though. Don't understand why they would be limited 44.3mm rings now?

That they do! That makes better sense. Not sure why I couldn't navigate there before. Hmmmm...very interesting thing though.....Northwoods is a buck a set less than the HL set.......but.....Northwoods shipping is a buck or better more.....so all in all, pretty much a wash pricewise....Northwoods gets stuff to me very quickly, like 2-3 days max.
Yeah that could be....same here on the adds!!! Northwoods is a much smaller outfit...they seem to be as cheap as I can find stuff but they have a more limited selection.....but they also do some pretty neat stuff......like they were the first to sell an AM piston for the 49sp....nice piston overall made by VEC....very nice fit and finish except the distance between the wristpin bosses...an issue that I managed to overcome after a fashion. Did a 49SP build thread on here highlighting that piston but I think it was before the hack so I imagine the pics are lost to the thread...
Had my SP49 out for a run couple of days ago. Such a nice saw to run!
And it's sold . . . .
