Could you measure the piece between the bulges ?

Got a project 2100 that I could measure, yes. As far as those washers......did you look thoroughly at the IPL and see if there was something like them in the fuel delivery part? Are they identical, ya think? Are they washers or grommets?

My 2100 tank hole is closer to 7.5mm than 8mm......but I'm sure we're talking about the same manufacturing. The 2100 fuel line is a pretty long affair.... big saw. I think it might suit your problem. As I said, I can send you an old one to check fit and then you could buy new. I can't do anything with an old one except pitch it. ;)

I can't seem to find an ipl with the two piece coils everything's the single coil .
I'm thinking they may go to the smaller of the two pieces .
They are identical in size and are just a washer or maybe a spacer of some sort .

I bet that would work even if I had to cut it shorter on either side .
I think if you can just give me a few measurements I'd be able to tell if it would work or not .
What's the overall measurement?

I may have found it ...looks like they go on the two module bolts for the ignition... 503 23 00-01

Doesn't show the top bolt but I'd bet if the bottom has a washer the top does also .

I bet you're right!

Here is the 2100 fuel line.... about 6 5/8" overall. You can extrapolate the other measurements from the 'bulge' with the tape. 'Bulge' is about 3 1/4" from the carb end. This is a NOS one I found....could be Partstree or Husky themselves. I don't remember, but I'm keeping that one...lol. I have others, this was handy.

Cutting off either end would destroy the reinforced molded part....probably best not to do that if possible. 630 Service Manual on eBay right now. Not cheap, but it's an oldie OE hardcopy, not a PDF file made by some joker to sell.

Hey guys, are all of the Jonsereds 601 valuable or are there certain models that are valuable and the other ones are just users?
Generally they aren't all that valuable unless in pristine condition. They are the direct ancestor of the 621 and as such a number of parts swap from the 621 to the 601. Like points/condensor, carb, coil etc. Great saws to run even though they don't have AV. Their big brother the 751 is rarer and harder to find...but again not that well known and as so don't command a huge following. NOS Parts for either are real hard to find due such a short production runs........751 only ran from 1968-1970 and the 601 ran from to 1969-1972 when it became the 62 then the 621........the 751 just went away. Regular used 601's bring a couple hundred on ebay usually........but very nice saws....I enjoy running mine from time to time.....really quite smooth for no AV.

Hi guys,I think it's been about 4+ yrs.since I posted here last.I was working on reviving my 910E.I got it running back then & just kinda parkled it,mainly because it had a puny 20 in.bar & chain on it.Well today I dug it out & decided to see if it'd fire up.It took a prime & it was off to the races.

I've got 3 questions:1) Where can I get a new air filter for it?I've looked all over the net & came up with nothing.
2) I'm having a helluva time trying to find a 24 in.bar for it.It seems that the D024 is no longer made & NLA.I noticed there are plenty of D009 bars out there.It looks like the only difference between the D024 & D009 is 1/2 mm.in the slot?The oil holes seem to be in the same place.
3) What crank seals should I use?

D009 is perfect. You might need to file a bit on the stud slot

Seal both sides PN 504 14 62-00. Use National 15X30X6.or 7 which also works

Or rather will need to file grind the slot-910E will have the old school larger studs that used the old D024.
Used to be able to get replacement studs that allowed easy fit of D009, not sure if you still can- but they could be machined or alter the original studs to suit the narrower stud pattern of D009 bars.

Air filter- I think you join the list of those looking and fight over any that show up.

Thanks Tim! From what I could see on the IPL,J'red had 2 different air filters,one was a flocked filter,part # 5043571-12,the other was a nylon mesh,part # 5043571-18.

Never seen a flocked one in the flesh. I have a couple of nylon...not for sale. One was sent to me with a tiny mesh hole-clear fingernail polish works a treat. The other came with the saw.

Very hard filter to find NOS....a few used ones around.
