Wonder why the ISA chapter annual meeting does not combine with this, but has its own the next month?

LOL. The Ontario Chapter office is screwed up, imo.
They were happy to bill my VISA card back in August for a membership.
Except, they have provided NOTHING in return. And have the nerve to suggest that I don't show up in their database, and they can't find any record of the transaction. Funny that I did write the CA exam (which was on the same credit card transaction)
Feeling a tad hostile towards the ISAO right now. The war is on....

I agree!! I have called and called and called and e-mailed them trying to obtain membership for myself and my company and I get the answering machine, so I leave a message....no returned call. Finally got throught one day and it was some lady who didnt have a clue and that I should call back another day and ask for this person blah blah blah. I finally gave up. They called me this summer wanting me to go to some pruning seminar in London. I heard it was pretty decent from a few guys that went. The weather was good that day so there was no way I could take the day off when we have had people waiting almost 2 months for us to get to their job. The lady calls up and says " hello its julie(or whatever her name was) calling from ISAO are you a member? I said well shouldnt you know?? Then I explained that I have tried several times to become a member and then just gave up she says oh well I am sorry to hear that but the reason i am calling is to inform you about this pruning seminar...
Long story short I am not too happy with them eaither. I think I would be alittle angry if I were in your shoes! Good luck!
