Leery of ordering from GXI. Any experiences?

In an effort to fix my DEK 15 HP chipper, I need to buy a single pulley centrifugal clutch as they are the distributors of the brand. My DIY repair of the clutch failed, but I had fun making sparks and cutting stuff up.

I've emailed GXI with questions - no answer.

I've called their listed phone number, and tried every automated menu choice to try to speak to someone, with no success.

Their website states all sales are final, and I'm having a difficult time thinking it would be a successful transaction.

The only clutch I could find that would fit the specs on the machine was $384 and a 10-day shipping window. I'm not sure the machine is worth that, even though it's been run only 20 hours.

Any advice/experiences with GXI would be great. Thanks!

The lack of response speaks volumes, especially since so many here have been so helpful. Serves me right for buying something before researching the market on it.
