I thought it was an oil pump for a chainsaw. It’s got the 2 screw holes and an adjustment screw. But from what old saw.? It was in a box of old husqvarna parts

That's definitely an oil pump for a Shindaiwa Chainsaw, if you upload some other pictures I might be able to figure out exactly which one it is and for what chainsaw.
