Limb removal over roof at over (end of limb is 25 ft or more high off ground) height

See photos attached. Red line circle is around where a tree branch broke off that was over the back fence. Hackberry tree. Second photo is detail of end of limb on top of second tree limb. Also Hackberry. How do I remove the tree limb without harming the roof? The limb is high up over 25 ft up.

What's the deal with the ropes? Can you fell it against the lean or is there property there that might be damaged? Can you get a cherry picker or bucket truck in there?
Some broader pic's with better lighting would probably help
 
It looks like you've been trimming some branches off already with your ropes with success so keep doing what you're doing. Little by little, small branch by small branch with the ropes you have. Nobody said it all has to come down/off all at once.
