Listen to this Honda splitter ingine and tell me if it's sick?

I just got a splitter with a honda gx270 engine and I did not notice when I was checking it out that it seems to have a tick at low rpm. It starts first pull, runs well, no smoke. It sounds normal at high rpm.

I checked the valve clearence. I put 15w-40 in it first thing but I can't imagine that's causing it.

Is this motor sick? Any ideas what's causing this?
