Take a look at the pictures, which were taken recently. This is approximately 30" Live Oak and is in overall fair health, but some leaves don't look healthy at all. The location of the tree has not been disturbed for many years.

Do you have any ideas what might be wrong with this tree looking just at these pictures?

Thank you,
Adam

Looks like 2 different issues. the blotches may be leaf miner damage. The circles could be a gall forming insect or leaf spot disease. All common issues with oaks. Good news though is it doesn't look severe.

:agree2: ... as usual

Lets also add possible X. fastidiosa infection to the list considering host, location and timing. Arbornature, send leaf samples (with pitiole attached) to Plant Problem Clinic. Now is the best time to test and a definitive answer will guide your management strategy.

I live and practice in the Carolina's and this is the absolute best pathology $10 can buy.
