My local HD rental store has 2 makitas for sale. Both are priced $205, and both feel like they have good compression. They are in excellent cosmetic condition as well. If anyone wants one let me know, and we can work it out.

You would get parts from your local Dolmar dealer 9 miles from you for a 6400. That new price on the new makita 6401 is high you looked at for 539, should be in low 400's.
