Brand new, small husky mount. 20" 050 x 3/8! Just been hanging on the walls for years, er decades. Best part is, it didn't cost me much at all! It is an oregon Super Tronic rollernose! Sorry about the pics.

Steve I know nothing about those bars, what is good about them?

Find some for me and then I will let you know

The roller nose is the value although there are a ton of small rollers that have little value.

Bill i had one i would have given you, i had it on a saw and every time i used it the chain jumped off, it could have been bent a little. i ended up throwing it away.

what is good about them?
For the saw racer they are a friction reducer, mainly on the west coast.Being able to run any picth chain as long a the gauge was the same.I only had a few NOS rollernose bars a Thorington and General Bar.The others were new bars and the tips where Bar Shopped in. There are companys that will do the bars and tips. Here is one. www.chainbar.com

ChainBar repairing is a good group to deal with. I remember a while ago an AS user named MarkyMark posted a picture of a big pile of roller noses. I'm sure he'd be willing to part with some. If you have a solid bar, not laminated, then you can ship the roller nose and bar to ChainBar and, voila!, they will make you a roller nose bar. I've got two of them now...

I've got a ton of NOS 20 inch bars in 58 gauge. Been asking $45 a piece for them.

Now if I told you, I'd have to kill you.....

It, along with an old style Stihl one piece plastic case, and some misc used parts cost me about 20 bucks.......seriously.

Fred, I might be interested in one of those 058 bars. You by chance know the DL count on them? I have a ton of 68 and 72 DL 058 chains....
