First off, I'm new here so I guess I should say hi. Got hooked on vintage chainsaws when I inherited my grandfathers Homelite Super XL which I fixed up and use on a regular basis. Hope to get active on the forum and I'm sure I will have questions as I go along.
Recently bought a new house and there was a 10-10 in the shed out back in pieces. Put it together and I got it running. That said, it is missing the bar and chain as well as the clutch cover and the two plates that go on either side of the bar under the cover. Was hoping to find those parts. I see them on ebay from time to time but the prices seem rather high. If anyone has a parts saw sitting around that they could pull these parts off from (mainly the cover and plates) that would be great.
