Does anyone have any suggestions on a good tree pruning book and where to get it? Thanks!:monkey:

Tree Pruning by Alex Shigo "a world wide photo guide" as for where to get it i found mine at a used book store down by the U/W.

Thanks for the reply! I was considering that one already because it was in the Sherrill catalog.
 
Giman's Illustrated Guide to Pruning is the best pruning manual out there. Shigo's Tree Pruning book is more a photofraphic essay. Interesting, but not as instructive.
 
Hey Eric,

Our standards sell for $15., or $18 with the BMP's (which are more useful)--how much do yours cost? i've donated copies to local govts just so they had no excuse. It's paid off.
