looking for chain with NARROW KERF AND CUTTER SIMILAR TO 95VP CHAINa

thats pretty much what im looking for soi can try it.. i really like lthe 95vp ... but would rather keep my 3/8 pitch..as the saw is an 962 olympyk with 16 inch husk bar..
i think what woods junkie is looking for is about what it would be..
i really like the 95 vp ,,as its agressive as well as smooth..but i would like the 3/8 as this saw got all the muscle it needs..so if yall know any dealers around where i could get an loop of 16 inch ,,id appreciae it.. just a fun thing,, as shes real good with erics chisel..yall have an good nite.. them steroids is acting more natural now. hope i didnt offend no body last nite.. i looked and didnt see where i did.. but i sure had my wife
ready to slap me real good..

try a loop of 25rs stihl .325. works well on a 357.

Narrow kerf .325 chain

Tony, the K1 Carlton chain or WoodsmanPro 20NK is as narrow as I have seen. Check your PM.

Try a loop of oregon 76LG it has a low profile cutter like the .325 chain on the 3/8 frame. If you can't find any, since they don't make it anymore, I know where there is a little left.

where to send it.. thanks..i hope it performs the same.. its a downer to have u best sharpen lg or rs [round file] just edged out on an regular basis by that
95 vp.. its gonna be another thing to learn how to sharpen that rite,just imitate the original ,,i guess.. so let me know ,,il giver a shot..thanks tony

If you go to the Carlton web site and find .325"-.050"pitch chain there is a narrow kerf semi chisel chain that is identified as N-BL
The actual part number is K1NK-BL
Nice long cutter and works well on saws that like the narrow kerf type chain
It is available without the bumper link.

thanks mike i know the chain .. but im trying for similar stuff in 3/8 as i gotto 16 on an 62 cc saw ,,and id rather stay 3/8 and see if i can get chain that cut like 95 vp.... just wanta see what itll do.. thanks any way..the way the chisel cuts its probably foolishness anyway .. but who knows until i try it.. thanks again..tony

OK then as stated above the only other option would be the 76LG Oregon which has a low profile type cutter. If you cannot find any I have some.
