To put it truthfully but bluntly, drunks rarely have successful businesses, and if they do, they often loose them due to mismanagement, etc. You really need to quite drinking if you want your hopes and dreams to become reality. Otherwise, you will just cause heartache for your customers and the very employees you are claiming to want to help. If you send an email to an employee or customer that's anything like your posts, most people probably won't hire you, because you sound, to be honest, crazy. And if you think this is just something you do in your off-hours, think again. What you do on your own time can destroy the body and mind and lower the quality and quantity of work you can actually do when you are working.

On another note i wrote a small introduction for my new name.
i am a Nietzschean bugman. My aspirations are not beyond finances or personal gain, I am a Nietzschean bugman. When others tell me they think they deserve more money I point to my boots and tell them to get to licking, I am a Nietzschean bugman. When i decide how much to pay my employees i always decide based on what the lowest possible wage they are willing to take is and say it is “market wages”, I am a Nietzschean bugman. I have no moral compass outside of generating my own profits and my own success often at the cost of the well being of those around me, I am a Nietzschean bugman.
