I knew Peter Torres when I was up there. Last saw him working across the street from the house we moved from in Beaverton. He should be living in Portland, I think the SW area. Best I recall, his number was always in the WHITE PAGES of the phone book under his own personal name.

Looks like the WHITE PAGES link provided in the other reply works. I found Peter's name when I tried it there.

Also, I found him listed on the ISA site: he is Certified.
