What time are you open at Saturday? I''' try and grab the little helper and make it up there assuming the snow isn't too bad. At some point I am coming to your shop. Drop the wife off at the Apple place and hit your shop :)

I run Oregon Power match bars on all my saws...replaceable nose...they last a long time...

I didn't even know what that "Intenze system" was, I looked it up...looks like just a waste of money, plus extra parts to break...don't know why anyone would need a tensioner on the bar when the saw already has one...its a solution to a problem that doesn't exist.

The intenz or similar spelling has a v shaped piece of metal inside the center lamina near the mount. A spot for a bladed screwdriver is on the side of the bar. I do have one it is kind of easy to put the bar on as twisting the screw pretty much tightens and holds the bar/chain without the clutch cover on. After that I use the normal adjuster. The v feature presses against the front bar stud or peg if a one bar stud is to the rear. It won't work on my battery saw as it does not have a peg there just a plastic lump. The adjustment quality of that system is inferior in my estimation. If you have the adjuster that gets burried in debris on the front of the saw I suspect it is sort a way of adjusting from the side. I would not go out of my way to get one, I think they are really made using the sheet stock of the lowest grade double guard bars.
