Posted this on the used equipment forum also.

I need some thoughts on rebuilding an 066. Mine seized up today (have no idea why) figure it will cost me $400 to fix a $400 saw. Not too sure it is worth it.

Not really ready to invest in a new saw but need a large saw for somw of the trees I get to work on here.

Tear it down and find all bad parts neede. Figure op an estimate. If the crank is OK, I think we can do it for a bit less.
