There is one on e-bay,right now.I don't know if it will fit a 65 hp ,or not.

You might have better luck just taking the starter and having it rebuilt. I have had this done a few times w/using the Wisconsin engines.
It sure makes it less expensive and beats the hassle of trying to locate a new one.
