I currently have a stihl ms 250 but lookin for some more power. What would u guy recommend and what size bar

Something with some more power. My buddy let me use his husqvarna 372xp and it was like putting a hot knife thru butter. A tree company by me uses my front lawn as their dump site and they been dropping some 28" suckers
How much more power? How big is the wood you cut?

If you are cutting16" or smaller, I would use your250. 16" - 20" I would use a 60 cc or 70 cc. If most of your wood is 20"or bigger, I would get a 70cc saw.
Thank you. I think I might go pick up a 372xp

I bought my562 xp in feb, to me it's the best one saw solution, pulls a 28" bar just fine and the balance isn't bad, but it really shines with a 20" lightweight bar

What is your dealer support like in the area. Any certain brands? Since you already own Stihl, a lot of guys like the 362 model or the jump to the 441.

I have stihl and husqvarna dealers about 10 minutes away. Which brand do you recommend

There is a nice 365 in the trader with the transfers ground out which makes it a 372 $550
I think I'm gonna go to both dealers and check out their demo saws and then I'll take it from there. Thanks for your help... Which brand do you have
