One of my 805's suffered a catastrophic failure. The connecting rod broke, and rammed through the block. See pic. Any leads on a new block? Don't think it can be repaired?

I traded a 805 to a friend that is a mac guy. One on left. I think he ended up having to put a 850 in the 805 after something happened to it. So look at different ones. He said he was able to make it work again.
Pulling from a thread on the 805.
He said these would work. he thinks. Double Eagle 80, PM 800. Pm 805 or Pm 850. Those four show the electronic ignition and the large muffler like the 805 .The piston is number # 92519 .
Said the 81 part was no go - 81 uses a standard 10 series points type coil where as the 805 uses a solid state like the 700's and Pm 610's .The mounting is entirely different .
The PM800, 805, PM Super 850, and Double Eagle (DE) 80 all use the same cylinder. The PM8200 would also be a drop in replacement thbut they were very different internally.
The PM850 has the compression release in the top of the head rather than above the cylinder like the later models.
As noted, cylinders for those are becoming very scarce. Post a message over in the McCulloch Chainsaw thread in the Chainsaw Stickies section for more views.
