Yes, McCulloch made kart and moped motors. This one says McCulloch on it, also I asked Mark Heimann.

I'm aware mcculloch made kart engines. Few of the guys at work raced them back in the day. One still races karts, just with 4 stroke predator engines now. What I was saying is that doesn't look like any kart engine I've ever seen. Never seen a moped engine. You may want to change the description in your title.
