Want to Buy MAHLE 46ZN3 CYL OR 46ZN1 for 034 top end rebuild

Can someone please give me a quick preference cylinder to use for a new piston/ring top end rebuild. I have two used cylinders off 034's and was wondering what cylinder would give my soon to be rebuilt 034 some good performance. Thanks

An 034 super cylinder or 036 cylinder. The bore is larger on the 036/034s cylinder at 48mm where the 034av is only 46mm. U need parts numbers?

I have 2 "034" cylinders. 1 is off a 034 AV" [46zn1] and the other is a newer "034 AV" [46zn3]. Both cyl. are rebuild able [ie new piston/top end] with no damage, but I was asking if the newer cyl is better than the older or vice versa. They are both 46mm. There seems to be slight differences to the cylinders that would not require any mods.

They are both just 46mm jugs and I don't think one will be better than the other so to speak. They are probably the same jug with an updated parts number.

Transfers are the only noticeable difference, it appears.
I am not sure which design is better.
The newer 034av has transfers open from top to bottom, the older shows 2 transfer ports [top to bottom].
