Makita DCS520 issues

I need help with a Makita that’s not lubricating the chain. Can someone point me to where I can find a service manual fir this unit or better yet has encountered and solved this problem before

Is it the oiler, or is the bar plugged up? Does it spit oil with the bar off? The bar grooves can get full of crab and block off the oiler hole in the bar.

No Makita/Dolmar chainsaw that I have ever owned or serviced has ever had a bar oiling problem unless the wrong bar was being used with the saw. One day I tried a bar for a Stihl 025 and that failed miserably. I switched to a Husqvarna 350 bar and that works perfectly. Perhaps the oiler hole on the bar you are using does not line up with the oiler slot on the saw's case.
