Hi All,
I have a maple tree in the front yard. It turned red last year (Pic1 attached). I had kept some stone around it as retaining wall this year and didnt dig in the ground or cut any roots. This year however the tree didnt turn red, the leaves have brown edges and are falling off pretty much without turning red. I havent been watering the frontyard well enough this summer, so i am not sure if this is due to scorching of if it has anything to do with the retaining wall. Current pic attached (pic2)
