Yes I do have one and really like it. I don't use it that much but when I have it has worked well. The only caution I would give you is the rope can slip if tension is not kept constant (meaning if the rope slackens much it can slip on the drum). Quality for the price is very good.:clap:

Also get the recommended 3 strand Treemaster rope to use with it. The screw like texture of the rope grips better in the puller than any other rope. I have not tried other ropes in it but I have it slip a few times when I did not have enough tension on it. Very handy tool if you can't afford a GRCS :)
 
Well, I ain't no pro, but I have one, and wouldn't want to be without it. It works as advertised, and it's a well made tool. I expect to have it for many years.

I got mine from Bailey's, along with the New England Safety Blue.


You can put a pretty nice pull on a tree with that thing.
 
Rope puller

I have had one for about six years now and love it.Just make sure you use 1/2" 3 strand rope like every one has said.I used 1/2" True Blue before and it slipped under high pressure.
