I have a Masterminded 562xp with a 20" lightweight Sugihara b/c. I bought this a couple of weeks ago from Dom and ran it for one test cut with stihl ultra 40:1 and 91 octane non ethanol. This saw has less than 9 tanks of fuel through it and is in great shape. Runs like a scalded ape. I'd like to get what I paid for it so $750 shipped to the lower 48. This video is not me running the saw, it is its creator.

that was the first 562 MM did. There should be a Mastermind build thread on that saw if that interests anyone.

I ran that saw when Dom had it and I was thoroughly impressed. I think if a guy was unlucky enough to only own 1 saw, that would be one to own.

I don't understand buying a saw making a few cuts and selling it in a week.

+1 These saws he is selling are way too good to have for a week and then sell, each to their own i guess. He did say however in a post on another saw he is selling,

Man I am happy with it. Looks like wife is getting laid off this Friday and trying to get a head start on it. We aren't 100% sure its going to happen, but she is very stressed and it'll ease her mind if I part with a few of my toys.

I am seriously interested. Got a stock 562XP new in box that i will have no trouble in moving on.

BTW anyone with a ported saw or even better a ported 562XP. What is the noticeable difference in run time on a tank of fuel? Is it hardly noticeable from sock or does it really run out a fair bit quicker?

I don't really remember how long the 562xp ran stock, but I cut up two large truck loads of oak a week or two with just the 562xp. It used two full tanks and maybe a little of a third. This was limbing and 20" bar buried, 50/50

I've been running a MM ported 562 for a while now.I have no idea of run time on a tank of fuel for a stock saw.My ported 562 is very stout but I feel it is anything but a gas guzzler.

I don't think the link is good my friend.. It's labeled as a 6400 thread to.

That's not the link to the build thread of the 562. That's the link to the thread with a quote (same seller) on why he is selling a couple saws he has little run time on. Go back to top and read down the posts.

thanks, i had the same problem

I thought you meant the thread of the other saw he was selling as that is what we were talking about at the time and not the Mastermind build thread.
I read the Mastermind thread before but at the moment cannot find it to give you a link.

+1 Someone had read the thread and understood at least.

Anyway enough distractions and clogging up a trading post thread. :buttkick:

Anyways, you get any bits on this thing?
Pretty ironic Ive been looking into having this setup built for me this spring. Same bar & all.
