Since getting my sawmill, which I bought used, I've been disappointed in Norwood in how they have treated me, but recently I did get a Norwood News flyer. This is the first Norwood News I've received.

Maybe Norwood is trying to provide better customer support?

This is certainly a good sign to receive this newsletter and hope they continue to be more interested in their customer base, and continue to try and keep them informed and up to date.
 
i haven't had any dealings with norwood but it would be wise of them to do so. i know for fact that a LOT of woodmizers business has to do with their over the top emphasis on customer service. let's hope they start treatin you right!
