Can anyone tell me what type bar mount was used for a McCulloch 10-10 chainsaw? Is there any difference between a bar mount on a 10-10 and a 10-10A

Looking at putting an 18 inch bar on this saw. Any recommendations would be appreciated too.

Thanks for everyone's help.

Bill

Same bar mount between 10-10 and 10-10A. Oregon D176 pattern.

Study this: Husqvarna Chainsaws, Outdoor Power Equipment and Tree Care Supplies from Bailey's

Yep. That's the current one. It's a 'multiple saw' mount used with 10-series Macs, older midsized Poulan saws, midsized Echo saws, Ropers, and the early 5/16" stud XL-series Homelites.

Here's Mike Acres' listing for the D176:
Bar Mount Pattern: 10

The old Oregon mount specific to the 10-series Macs was D276. Windsor mount was TMX. Here's the Acres listing for the D276:

Bar Mount Pattern: 11

Will any Sugihara, Tsumura or Husky bars go on a 10 10?
