mcculloch 10-10 saw ith battery charger

i just seen a mcculloch 10-10 saw on ebay under the forestry section that has a battery charger hooked on the side of it. anyone ever seen a set up like that before. if it worked good it would be nice to have in a work truck wouldn't need any other vechiles to jump you.
